Project: Photo search

Challenge: Search in the existing photo manager was modal and forced the user into a separate workspace to view results.

Solution: Move the search into the top-level navigation, allowing it to be accessible from all workspaces. Results can be expanded and collapsed. A cache of recent search results is available via a dropdown menu. Users can pin (select) all photos, create a custom album, or clear results.
